“Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves comes when life
seems most challenging” (Joseph Campbell)
Areas of counselling I deal with are:
Bereavement
Depression

Cultural Differences and Identity
Trauma and crisis situations
Low self-esteem and confidence issues
Relationship issues and family dynamics
Work-related stress and interpersonal challenges
Absence of Direction in Life
Questions of Meaning and Spirituality
I offer brief, or longer term, online and/or face-to-face counselling. I will always work collaboratively with you, focusing on your goals in a way that helps you to access your inner strengths and sense of personal empowerment.
First Steps
When considering therapy, it’s only natural to be uncertain about the depth of engagement that’s right for you, or the most helpful approach.
So I recommend that you get in touch with me to arrange an initial meeting (50mins). This is an opportunity to meet each other and talk about difficulties. We can then decide if therapy is the right choice for you, and if we can work comfortably together.
If we do agree to continue, practical details such as the regular day and time for your session will be discussed. My private counselling practice is near London Bridge (short walk from the station). I also work successfully online using Zoom, Teams and other platforms.
